Ive been working out by doing heavy lifting and doing many body cardio exercises as shown in your videos. I have kept track of my progress. I lost 3% of my body fat, however i have gained 8 lbs. I presume i am gaining muscle mass but i feel that at my height (6′ 2″) i am a lil over. I am about 208lbs right now. Is it detrimental to be over but have mostly muscle mass? I have definitely seen many results and slimming. What do you propose that i change?
Question: What about eating only fruits and vegetables, a serving of lean meat, and a glass of skim milk with whey protein? (per day)

intermittent fasting 2-3 times a week has been working amazing for me. cutting fat, more energy, better workouts.

do a cardio workout (if u need one let me noe) first thing when you wake up (don’t eat anything, just drink water) so u can burn the fat that you have on your body, eat small healthy meals through out the day and lift weights; workout your shoulders, chest, biceps and triceps and abs for 1 hour and take 30 second rests. also if you have more energy left, Sprint for 30 seconds and then run, and do that for 30 minutes.
consume more calories on your training days and less on your non training days… good tips from mike… train hard or go home… 🙂 stay healthy!
To lose weight there are so many things to do. To lose weight you should pay attention to some calories, but calories are a source of energy. As long as you burn more than you eat. Then you really have nothing to worry about
