I understand Wikipedia may not be the most reliable of sources, but it’s better than googling and ending up on some random site made by some guy in this bedroom claiming that Coconut oil is healthy. At least the Wikipedia page has referenced to some reliable research adopted by the WHO, Intl College of Nutrition, the UK NHS, American Heart Assoc and so on. Whereas some of the websites do not.

I dont wanna be a party pooper, but i asked my mom about coconut oil and shes a doctor at one of the best hospitals in the nation and she said coconut oil was fairly bad for you. She says it has high amounts of cholesterol and you definitely should’nt be eating it daily and that often. You cant always trust the nutrition information on the back.
Just coconut oil, what happens if you allergic to coconut, what other sauce could you use, do you have another type of substitute ?

Coconut oil has recently become a popular superfood in North America but Asians have been useing for thousands of years and recognize it’s many health benifits.
