The video is aimed at skinny guys, like me, who literally can’t gain any fat, no matter what they eat. I eat full meals 3 times a day, more food than most people this guy’s size can possibly eat (whole large pizzas, 2lb burritos, etc.). I also work out on average 5 days a week, doing the same workout with 170+ lb guys, yet my weight will never go above 135 (I’m 69″ btw).
muscle and fat are two totally different tissues. u cant “transform” fat to muscle dipshit

Why should fat come before muscle? I don’t know… But good video after all. It is very informative.
Stop Gymming, completely. Gain the fat, then turn it into muscle, its easier. If your eating say…..3500 calories a day, but ten going to the gym and burning off 1500 calories…..your only at 2000 a day, which isnt good for someone wanting to gain weight. Believe me pal, I’m half way through my plan. Ive lways been skinny, lways been weak, try it for a week or so, it will work.

I m following the tip NO.1 n eating as fast as i could.
But after having my meal, i just feel extremely full.
After 2 hours, even a glass of water makes me feel full again .
If we eat every 2 hours, the stomach will be at half-full state all the time, so how are we supposed to have a BIG meal if we keep eating snacks,desserts etc?
Btw, according to Science n Logic, we should chew the food completely (most likely into liquid) before swallowing em.
I wonder is this habit a healthy one?

After increasing my Metabolism to an abnormally large rate from walking around all day and exercising in the heat, while not eating anything for days due to being homeless… I will tell you right now that I’ve been going to the Gym for three weeks, no improvement whatsoever. I gained 1kg and went from 62 – 63kg.
I eat a shit ton more, I have ended up buying cheaper food just so I can afford to eat more but alas, effort in vain.
Please help me Mike, I’m turning 19 in feb, I’m 5’11 and I’m 63kg..
