it all depends on ur goals, if u just want strength then ur gonna have to get used to looking like a fat beer drinking tub of lard like most strongmen…..if u want to look athletic then your gonna have to really take that HIIT up a level…..if u want to look good then bodybuild and dont get trapped in the bulking phase !
i used to “go ahead” and be really into body building…?
I don’t need to know about his nutrition, if he’s exercising and he can’t see his six pack then he’s eating too much, calories in calories out, it’s not hard to understand that.
Being an endo/ecto doesn’t change this rule, just makes it hard for some people but the fact remains, eat too much you won’t burn body fat.
He could however have some underlining medical problems that cause him to gain weight or find it hard to lose any, PCOS(no) hypothyroidism(doubt it) Cushing syndrome (maybe asthma
) menopause. maybe he’s schizophrenia or bipolar and using an antipsychotic drug. Unless any of this is true he’s eating too much which is my point.
Can i read? Yes i can thanks, BSc in dietetics also <3
a lot of people are happier while being in that bulking faze forever. not because they want to look good, but because they would rather be stronger than have 6 pack abs. look at the people from strong man and arnold. they dont have six pack abs, not even close but they are the strongest people in the world and they get respect for that. but i guess most people want to lift for girls and impress their friends and random people.
Where did I say otherwise? You’re blatantly saying he’s eating too much without knowing anything about his nutrition. I was pointing out that endomorphs are typically fatter and have a harder time losing fat than ectomorphs, who are naturally skinny.
I didn’t even mention “training” once in my comment, can you read?
beautiful body.
so you fast for 24 hours?if i did that i would have no energy at all.i guess everyone is different in their training regiment.im just trying to cut some body fat.so you dont eat before you lift weights? how about after?? do you eat breakfast?
My point was that you make it sound like anyone who is 15 years old that doesn’t have a six-pack, is eating more than they should be eating. If someone’s at 10% BF and doesn’t have visible abs, that doesn’t mean they’re eating too much…
Maybe I’m not seeing something but I didn’t see him mention anything about training in his post…
He said he’d watched all his videos which implies he follows the exercises out (or at least that how I’ve interpreted it), if he’s just watching them and doing nothing I’d be surprised as it’s not going to do much for him.
cardio and diet my friend!
Hey man, do cardio and diet. You can buy a fitness program also that’s great for motivation, and all the good programs have diets.
If someone is at 10% BF and doesn’t have visible abs then they aren’t training like this kid implies.
And i doubt anyone who thinks they are 10% body without abs showing have had a real BF test, unless you’ve been in bod pod or DEXA scanning they are most likely wrong by a good 3%
In a typical week I`ll train about 5-6 days, and have two 24 hour fasts.. So, I may decide to stop eating after 8pm, and resume eating the next day 8pm.I have a basal metabolic rate of about 1800 calories. That, and my activity for the day (say, weight training) would burn about 600 calories or more. So, in a 24 hour period I’ve burned 2400 calories (+anything else I did for the day).. I have lots of energy doing this..and I eat whenever I want, buffet style meals! And no, I hate morning breakfasts
this shit is true ….
just burn the bodyfat
you are mixing two different sports with eachother
diet and exercise
you have to decide. you wanna go through a bulking phase or through a cutting phase.
