my only question is should I stick with one weight the whole way through or should I use different amount of weights for each exercise???

Hey Mike, i have started to training, and i found my Boxing (pad?) in the garage, i find it effective and i sweat alot, is it any good compared to running, push ups and all those stuffs, and how is it most effective? and any chance you would do a video and showing some combination, for example: do 10 push ups, and then 30 secs of boxing? many thanks i love your vids

I need some help, I want to buy dumbells for home training but I don’t know what weight I should get I weigh about 154 pounds and I am 5 feet and 10 inches long, I can do about 50 push-ups but I have never trained with dumbells please mike help me out here, or anybody who thinks he knows what I should get 😀
keeping the one weight means that your not spending time changing the weight and essentially having a rest period

No it doesnt. If he tugs his dick daily then his right should be smaller. If hes right handed. Cause the muscle has no time to recover and get bigger, as he uses it daily.
