I watched this video and felt all pumped up about trying to have a little moderation at thanksgiving dinner… then I saw the food sitting there and just said fuck it and ate three plates of food with as much gravy as I could get and like 5 pieces of pie.
It was worth it.

Those tips were horrible. I know it’s too late but if you really want to try to use thanksgiving to bulk up take advantage of the turkey. Lots of protein. Bread won’t help you gain “mass” like you want, it’ll make you fat.

Did I just hear you correctly…did you say eat a lot of bread (stuffing)? Bad tip for a pro. Processed carbs with no nutrients is not a healthy way to go, bro. They will gain weight alright – weight they’ll have to lose later by eating right. Might want to tighten up that loose advice a bit.
