This was AWESOME! I did 4 rounds of these and finished with 3 sets of that bent over raise for the rear. Got a fantastic burn and I was sore for 3 days afterwards 🙂 Thank you!

I bet you no one would read this, but if i can get one person to help, it would be great.. First, i’m not a normal 12 year old.. I’m intelligent and aswell abit overweight.. I’m 5’6 , at around 120 pounds.. i think and look overweight compared to my other friends, what should i do? I know i should not worry because i’m not finished growing, but i want to look like a normal 12 year old… Please help ;D
I was wondering if anybody could help me out. I’m trying to gain muscle mass and at the same time get a 6 pack. I have a 4 pack right now, but I still have that annoying lower stomach fat there. What do I do to get rid of it and at the same time gain weight? Do I continue to do abs 4 times a week? Do I do cardio? PLEASE HELP!

If you feel pain in rotator cuff/shoulder joints, avoid heavy barbell pressing movements. Instead, dumbbell presses palms facing toward face and rotating wrists outward as you lift the dumbbells will be more shoulder friendly version.
