If your friend are FRIENDS they will support you in your decisions and healthy food is 100% better what´s about the taste, you just need to learn how to cook and season it. I agree with you on the drinking part. But it really depends on what kind of healthy food are you talking about. Some of them really do taste awful, where as others- like fruits, nuts and healthy recipes- actually are the once that taste nice. Bad food like dietary dry oat bars and oatmeal with nothing but water really deserves to be dis against. Let’s not encourage them just yet.
