Once one dude suggested me in gym, dont do chest every single day and advised me exact same thing Mike is saying. Unfortunately I didnt get what he said so result is my chest is not much bigger but obviously bigger than that guys dont do workout. So follow the rules
I would say exercises like pushups you can do every day when you get to a point that it doesn’t cause doms to the muscles. It’s good because the weight stays the same always. It helps me bench heavier than I used to.
OK here’s my oppinion: you CAN train every day, and you don’t need supplements. You will get big. How do you guys think uncle Iroh got so big when he was locked up by Azula? =)
