ok im alot more active then ur average joe but im on like a 10-20k calorie diet a day im 6foot 5 and 250lbs so u could say im slightly over weight(not so much that ppl notice) but simply doing 50 sit up and 25 push ups on top of my regular daily activitys (not exactly like in the video) one in the morning and once at night over a week and a half about i seen significant changes not dramaticly but for me who hasent really worked out it was somthing and its a start which did boost my cofidence
he’s not saying this is how you get abs, he’s saying this is one way you Can workout your abs, he’s fully aware that diet is extremely important i’m sure..
MIKE!!!!!!!!! Could you do a video w/ no exercises, but instead talk about how body hair, tattoos, and BF% may affect your muscle definition? I know guys who can look 10x better with no chest/belly hair, but don’t because they don’t want to shave. I know guys who have tattoos and lost some definition. Also could you talk about BF% and how to get below 11-12%? Because below that level is where your abs start to show, but we also know that’s also when fat gets stubborn. Please consider it, thanks!

What horse shit … If you see any “automatic” definition its bc of increased blood flow to the affected areas & will diminish rapidly … and this sure as fuck wont get you abs, you need to lower your body fat % for that
