    based on your bodyweight, whatever that is in pounds(lb) 1 to 1.5gram per pound. no need to consume any more. example if you weigh 150lb consume 150lb to 225lb protein daily the higher figure if cutting etc.

    55 hours on 5 days is 11 hours my good sir! I dont know about USA, but In moast European countries your boss wont pay for your lunch brake. Your lunchbreak is usually something between 30 min – 60 min. Depend on the country.

    For all of the offenstive commets to me today I would have to ask why the hell you all want to work for so long? Wasting your life away. I can guarantee you if you get sick and have to leave work. You will be forgotten within 2 month. If you are lucky you get some flowers!

    Just to note please do NOT reheat any food in plastic containers as most plastic containers are not toxin free and heating up in them will put some nasty toxins into your food and you. Cook them in a covered dish.

    sadly, employees in HK work 49 hrs on average, most of the employees work 50+hrs …it’s really crazy

    I have 3 alarm clocks too. 😀 🙂 I started to do simple stretches and suriya namaska in the mornings before I came across this video – cause that is the only time I don’t have an excuse not to exercise. BTW, how do you work out so much and not injure yourself. I pulled back muscles, caused bone alignment issues, sprains, pop the joints out of the socket – took very long and still not fixed … So I am amazed you can do all that stuff. 😀 Well done Mike!
