Hey Mike im confused what should i do bicep workouts one day then tricep workouts the next etc. Or should i do bicep, tricep chest workouts etc in one day and the same throughout the week.Which one?
i think this workout is a bit unrealistic to begin with.. 10 pull ups is crazy. even mike was burnt out by like the 2nd or 3rd round his chin wasnt even lifted above the bar. understandable because this workout is so hard they’re already doing push ups with the burpees
horrible pull-ups… I know that someone thinks its better to not have fully straightened arms (I think its better to have fully straightened arms), but these are half-pull ups done too slow and you are “swinging” your whole body backward and forward.. just watch Mike’s friend.. first pull-ups are enough.. I think..

I saw that you have 2 videos about workouts for teens, but in the 1st video you said all about heavy weights, but in the 2nd newest video, you said that we should avoid weights. So can i do the workouts ? Most of them involve weights. I’m only 13, 165cm and 56kg. 🙁
Get a good diet, eat a lot of meat, protein, but not too much, if you feel as if you need sweet food, try and resist, eat one “chocolate bar” a day, if you feel like you want one,
do a lot of abs workouts! it works, and then, after a year or so, your belly should be a LOT better(:

than you are not endurent enough i can do this workout no problem without stopping cause my cardiovascular is great and strength and endurance also
