Big question guys. (Just an example) If I did legs on Friday, chest on
Saturday, biceps on Sunday, and then triceps on Monday, then if I do that,
am I going to many days without training legs by the time I get to Monday,
Cause I heard you weren’t supposed to go 3 or more days without exercising
a body part if you want to build muscle on it. I was just wondering cause I
was gonna change my schedule to one body part per-day.

lighter weights but they do slow reps. There I am doing 240 and feeling
tired all day. I am fucking do it wrong.
Heavier weights are NOT always better. Why? Because if you’re lifting
something heavy but doing minimal reps you’re going to take forever to gain
muscle. Lift what your body can take, but push yourself. If your arms can
barely pick something up you’re wasting your time. I like Mike, he has
helped me a lot, but this I don’t agree with AT ALL!

videos on how to build a more lean body? I want to get a little bit bigger
than I am (currently very small) and I have my aim set for something more
like a martial artists size. Where would you recommend I stop using heavier

Ironic. Just a few days after I comment on one of Mike’s videos that he is
cheating too much and using too much weight, Mike goes out and makes a
video on when the weights are too heavy. Although I mostly agree with this
video, that makes me think that Mike doesn’t truly know what he is doing.

Is it good to train every part of your body every 2nd day? Cuz i do that
