Hey Mike, after a few work outs, i get really pale and sick feeling. My
whole body has a numb tingling feeling. I was wondering if you know what
the problem is.
At young age parents are the problem of obesity, kids don’t know better. A
parent that doesn’t know how to cook variety meals, who just keep giving
their already chubby kids cookies and shit… Stop it. Go workout with your
kid and stop feeding him.
I got tired of the shit and being fat lol i did martial arts lost 150 in a
year and a half , also yeah my parents dont feed my little sisterss good at
all… Hotdogs everyday and pizza.. It freaking sucks but i cant do
anything about it my parents dont do anything about it… I give advice and
try to explain to them why i was fat but lol in one ear and out the
other… And now thats all they feed one she does not eat anything but bs
hot dogs and pizza. And no matter how much i say anything no one does
anything about it and im not their parent i cant force them. Ohhhhhhhh
goodness
I have long hair (not like Cinderella, are you kidding?) and it’s awesome!
^_^ Chicks dig it Mike. Just remember to keep it relatively “NOT” greasy. I
know it looks better that way, but you’ll get used to it.
Mike what do you do with your hair to make it shiny and nice, my hair is a
little longer than yours and mine is dull and thick as hell. I’m rocking
this long hair though and yours looks so beast! Never cut it mike!!

body areas. Your sessions are down to earth to make it easy to understand
for the average person that is beginning on how to work out properly. Can
you incorporate weighted sit-ups into your training? (holding the weight
straight out in front of you) Same thing as you were doing with crunches.

Whoa, that second exercise is impossible for me to do, gotta try something
easier then.
Even with all the criticism I think mikes success on YouTube is because he
ignores it all and makes great workouts unlike people like Kalimuscle 🙂
