More ab vids please. Oh and is it possible to ahave visible abs with 17%
body fat. Is tt good? I have 17% body fat anf there is some shit abt
skeletal muscle and my 15 yr old cus who doesnt gym but has 8% b.f and low
muscle mass has more skeletal muscle percrntage as compared to me. Anybody
can explain why? Its just my ego.
Just so you know i do work out my abbs for about 40 pkus minutes every day
lol… So thats also probably why their showing more and i am cutting back
on sugars and bread! And eating right 🙂 thanks again, your helping me get

I have a question some of you might be able to answer. I’ve been following
Mike’s exercises for over a year now, I think i’ve developped solid abs.
But, something’s bothering me: I have strong (and visible) upper abs, and
strong lower abs, juste above the pubis. But I can’t seem to work out the
abs around my belly button. I mean, they’re there, but not as strong as the
others. Does it correspond to “the core”? Should I be doing more plank or
stuff like that? Thank you guys.
People say mike doesn’t have good abs…the guy has probably had at least
two to three carb related meals when this video is made and he isn’t even
tensing his abs… Other video makers avoid eating to show there abs a lot
better.
