My mother is fat, my grandmother is fat, some of my friends aren’t exactly
fit.. Almost everyone I see on a daily basis is overweight. But look, I’m
not… I’m sorry mike, but your theory of “If people around you are fat,

Is funny how mike says about becoming lean. The fastest was to get leaner
is by doing weight lifting and HIIT. Mike is only doing weights…he wont
lose fat if he continues doing just weights
So mike, i saw your latest attempt at trying to get the views and customers
on a video. I believed in you mostly up till now and used all your
workouts. But this one about how ‘science has proven’ that you’re getting
held back by your own body? just no. Please. Stop it. Also, you mainly got
my attention because i’m pretty sure you spelt something wrong 😀 So
please, stop spewing bullshit at the helpless people who want ‘shortcuts’
just for a quick buck. You will literally say anything to get people to
plop down a shit ton of money for your ‘magic red drink’. I remember that
one ad about how you ‘cheated’ and it was all sincere and shit, i actually
watched the whole thing because i thought you actually did something wrong!

healthy and active? I wanna tell my girl because she’s gotten much bigger,
but I don’t want to offend her as well.

I live in America but I most of my family lives in Europe. Whenever I visit
you can tell there always in shape because they walk everywhere.
Do proteins and supliments are needed to get in good shape (not like u but
some what muscular) or only a good lunch and lots of water are good enough

Protein, water in the car …Mike while you’re at it, why not throwing in
some dumbells too , and use the seat as an adjustable bench.
