Mike’s Secret Motivation Trick: http://sixpackshortcuts.com/rdmN Hey Guys! I’ve been reading all of your comments out there, and I just realized something…. A lot of beginners aren’t joining…
I have never allowed anyone to stop me from working out. I do not let my
size or genetics stop me. I have been working out in some way or form since
my 20s. I did not allow what seemed to be a lack of progress, age, work,
heat or other peoples comment to stop me. I encourage anyone who is a
beginner or even someone who has been working out but feel at a slump. I
work out mostly art home. I used to go to a gym but I had some financial
responsibilities but I still worked. When I was going to the gym, I saw a
guy come in one day, he had misshaped legs and feet, they were stunted. He
did not have fully developed arms or hands but he was theory using the
machine in any way he could to work out. I was so impressed that this guy
was there sweating and working out like me and the other guys. Then there
was the guy who had a lower body undeveloped and he could hardly walk
without a awkward swinging motion. He was short but that did not stop him
at all. He was benching and doing all kinds of stuff sometimes with Buddies
and spotters, but his slung that upper body around like a pro and could
lift up to 300 pounds on the bend which I cannot do. Limits exist in your
mind and the mind is a powerful tool to working lout no matter what you
body shape of genetics are. Mike got especially blessed with his genetics
and coupled with knowledge and discipline he had done amazing things with
his body. (He Has great hair too, dang I am envious) Anyway, take what you
got and work it, don’t let anything to any one tell you oh you can’t or
shouldn’t do that whatever it is. I am 61. Last month I did the Illinois
Warrior Dash. I trained for months ahead of time doing everything I could
to prepare for the mud, the heat and the obstacles. My goal finish and do
all obstacles. I had a blast and might have been one of the few over 60
there. I plan to do it in 2015 and between no and then, I will try to
challenge myself again. I have been following Mike for about a year now. He
has got great stuff going. Keep is coming Mike.
Question, I just started to workout and I wrote down some exercises for
abs, upper body and so on but what I need to know is, do I work on my abs
one day and then do the upper body another day or do I do them all in the
same day?
