Wait a second. I’m not hating I love his videos and listen to his advices
and the help me. Wasn’t he talking about that you should like sleep at
night for your muscles to recover? Why is he than doing 20 sets of chest at
night?
I love how mike allways preaches bodyweight excersices over actual weight
and resistance training to build muscle. Im pretty sure mike does actual
weight training not this stuff. I wish he would stop preaching this stuff
is the way to get shredded and massive and would actually give people good
excercises and nutrition help because other than that the ‘six pack
shortcut’ workouts can join the grave yard of awful workouts along with
things like P90X.

I *thumbs down* this video and I’m going to tell you why? Mike Chang did
not build his chest by doing these. These are not effective at all. I use
to do them before. I guarantee you Mike used dumbell flies & cable cross
overs for this area of the chest. This is just another ineffective fancy
exercise, so…
I don’t know why this guy gets so much hate, he’s unbelievable! He’s the
person that encouraged me to work out. When I was 13 I was ripped out, I
wasn’t like a skinny ripped, I was normal ripped. I don’t have that good of
a body now but I’m still in great shape. What I suggest people!e do is
search through his videos to then create your own persona! Workout.
Everyone is different, I will guarantee quicker results if you do your own
optimised workouts.
