So I’m 15 and I’m kind of skinny and short around 5’5. I’ve been lifting
since march. Do you guys think there’s any danger in me lifting and

Hey Mike I really need your help, I’m a 13 year old kid, I weigh about 74kg
and I’m about 6 foot something (sorry if I don’t tell you my exact height)
I’m not a fat kid I always use to work out and I got some mass but the
thing is that for some reason these few months I haven’t been going gym and
working out. I lost my motivation and will power, I need your help so you
can help gain me this back and I also have just got a bit of belly and hip
fat which is getting impossible for me to loose. Please help me
This guy is a joke, this isn’t bodybuilding, this shit is that hippy
bullshit ‘crossfit’. It’s dumb and it barely builds muscle. His form is
wrong, he’s pushing the weight with his knees and his feet. He’s not even
using his shoulders to move the weight up. Terrible workout. And ‘Faster
gains’? Nah man, gains are slow and always will unless you on steriods.
Building muscle is a long and hard and painful journey. There is no
shortcut to six packs. It’s eat right, train right, sleep right. This
‘SixPackShortcut’ is a bullshit lie which make him money. Don’t bother
watching this guys videos. I didn’t even watch because I knew it would be
terrible and all lies.

your shoulders. I mean, first of all, you are not doing a military press
but a push press. Maybe I’m bitching about the name but sorry, it’s how
it’s called. The worst part is no exercise for the rear delt ? I know push
press hits a bit the rear delt but no exercise that target primarly the
rear delt ? This is too dumb to believe. Adding some face pulls in this
workout would assure overall good shoulders health.

pec considerably bigger than the left one.
