    Hey mike. I am 16 5ft 4 and im muscular. I have a very fast metabloism.
    Such that even after exercise my heart rate remains high and therefore im
    still burning cals. I have abs. But do i still have to eat clean? I do take
    care of my diet but i can eat whatever i want because of my metabolism?

    Any tips/tricks for working out early? The way my schedule is, I either
    have to work out in the evening (like 8pm) or very early morning, around
    6am. I’ve tried early morning but I’m just so tired and out of it that
    early, I don’t have the energy to get a good workout.

    I was also a bodybuilder then i learn one big secret why do i do it? Why
    must i look good to others or for myself? Why must i do so many exercises
    to have a good body? And waste so precious time and have blood sweat and
    tears? Because it is not easy and once you have started you cant stop. Is
    this all for your self you bet it is the self image. You know what all your
    men and woman waste time for that self image like this Mike and he makes
    the money out all of you because you fell for it. Is Mike spiritual life in
    order? Do he have a relation ship with God? Because if he did he would not
    steal your time to shell this stuff to you. The rapture is around the
    corner and all of you include Mike worry about a six pack. If i was him i
    would have worry about were my sole is going when i die or when Jesus comes
    for His Bride 1Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend
    from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the
    trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
    1Thessalonians 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up
    together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall
    we ever be with the Lord.
    1Th 5:1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I
    write unto you.
    1Th 5:2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh
    as a thief in the night.
    1Th 5:3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction
    cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not
    escape.
    So you see brothers and sisters you do not have time for nonsense respect
    God obey His word follow the commandments.
    The truth will make you free.
    Mike are you ready for the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ??? And if you do
    not believe me there is 4 blood moons in this 2 years 2014 and 2015 and all
    of the is on Ye wish feast days Pentecost and Tabernacle Feast. Why to
    give to God children His bride signs of His coming. Look it up on You Tube
    there is hundreds of videos go to Perry Stone and Mark Blitz videos you
    cant miss it. You can win your body and be perfect build but if you lost
    your sole it is forever. Pic up your Bible read it seek God YHVH and He
    will make you free of this ugly world with all the
    hate,sex,perversion,killing,raping etc……
    Mike and remember it is not about you it is about Jesus you have to learn
    to die and let Jesus lives in you then you will learn what is power. To pic
    up a weight is not power but to know Jesus is power.

    It makes sense for him because he’s a trainer, and workouts 24/7. Easier
    than it seems. I’ve been trying since last year and i have a pathetic
    excuse of a 4pack…. triceps looks better, ty for that

    a lot of muscle on my upper body, how can I cut the fat? I don’t have much
    time because I’m a senior so I have tons of homework, are there any simple
    exercises that can burn fat quickly that I can do daily on whatever spare
    time I have?

    Hey +Six Pack Shortcuts I am working out for like 2 weeks now, so I just
    started. But i feel like i have already gained some muscles, especially my
    biceps are bigger. But I also gained some weight even though i am trying to
    lose weight 🙁
    So my question is, do you gain a lot of weight because of working out?
