I’m 5’9″, about 230. Lately, I’ve been doing some running and cutting back
on what I eat. I go running every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, including
some full body workouts after I stretch. Any tips/help on some good diets,
guys? Really appreciate it.
This video is pretty true, problem with trying to get lean is the type of
food and macros. Since it is almost impossible for me to be on a 100% clean
diet, I’m afraid the small compromise will affect me.
This helped me especially today as Im having one of those “small weeks” and
very self conscious about my size because im rather lean right now and want
to bulk badly.
I was 170 at one point and standing 5’7″, I was way out of shape. I started
eating less and doing a lot of running. I cut down to 130 but had hardly
any muscle, sure I had a 6 pack and dropped from a 34″ waist to a 28″ but
it’s not how I wanted to look. So now my goal is putting on weight but
hitting the weights and still eating decently clean. I’m now at 140, can
lift more but don’t have a 6 pack anymore…abs still do show but they
aren’t individual cut which I’m alright with. Any tips with bulking? I’m
trying to get all my protein but it can be difficult at times.
I’m trying to lose a certain amount of body fat….I have a little bit on
my lower abdominals and it’s really hard to get rid off by the way I’m 6ft
and weigh around 187lbs. I workout 4 times a week and on my resting days I
go for a jog or play basketball is there something that i am doing wrong???

hey man, when i bulk i tend to gain lots of fat in my face.. any tips for
avoiding this if possible? its pretty much the main thing keeping me from
making any gains right now. scares me into not eating as many calories as i
should be. thanks to anyone who can help.

i been talking philosophy class, and notice that a lot of the things that
mike chang says and does has so much to to with philosophy.
