So for someone like me, who doesn’t need any help burning fat because that

retention for much longer than say if you were lifting heavy with partials
and a low rep amd low set range. And during recovery you said one burns
more calories and if you don’t eat them then it burns fat??? Wow… never
heard that before. If you don’t eat enough, recovery will take much longer
and you’re gains will slowly decline. Ie… lose muscle not fat and lose
strength.

me in the gym. I can’t keep my rest periods short! I mean my problem is
that I have too many friends :)
This guy is actually comparing powerlifting vs bodybuilding training
advertising it as ,”afterburn.training” why?because iits a catchy name so
he can pull more people into buyin his stuff. People need to understand
that building muscle burning fat doesn’t cost money

collar bone 2 months ago and I now have a right shoulder bigger than my
left. It isn’t hugely different but it is a bit noticeable. Can you please
help me out with a way to make my shoulders symmetrical again? Great vid as

i don’t get the “afterburn” buzz and dont get me wrong i love mike. All
this really is is standard hypertrophy training with a modified rest time
to help theorectically burn more calories in fat, works pretty good
actually. However there’s nothing wrong with the “old way” lifting heavy
weight just allows you to engage more fast twitch muscle fibers so it in
theory builds more muscle. I think the comparison gap here is too large
between the two, the “old way” isn’t necesarrily rigid you could totally
and most like would incorporate multi joint exercises into any body
building regime for ample gains. well either way thanks for the video
since when is conventional training just isolation fuckhing dumb chink.
that depends on whatever the person wants to do. bench squat and deadlift
are pretty fucking common within most gym goers. get the fuck out of here
with your afterburn bullshit, you didn’t invent anything. people have
