Hey Mike, I have noticed I have gotten fatty thighs from not doing leg day
is there any good fat burning thigh workouts that i can use to get rid of
fat of my thighs?
Mike what do you advice for teenagers between the age of 13/16 i’m 15
myself and 6foot4 and i work out a lot (mostly bodyweight excercises) i’m
pretty buffed for my age because i’ve been doing this since i was 13 but i
think also because of a lot of fitness models and workout video’s a lot of
(too young) teenagers have been working out but in the wrong way because
they don’t realize what they are doing with their body’s because of that I
always pay a lot of attention in your videos on the bodyweight excercises
and i have to say they helped me a lot becoming in shape and have a great
body.
For that I want to to thank you for the videos you make because it helped
me to get very confident.
I think by making a couple video’s about workouts for dedicated teenagers
like me you can help people to be healthy and make a better person out of
them.

I pull down 210 lb and I’m just 245lb myself 6 ft tall
Does Mike do anymore workouts throughout the day or does he just do one big
one like this?
