Excellent Mike, just the information I needed. I have been working out for
years but never achieved the body I wanted and it’s frustrating. I almost
want to give up the gym sometimes but I have not, I know it is good for me
and I know that some people can work out and eat anything and gain muscle
and no fat. They are unique and genetically gifted, not all of us are that
lucky but you work with what you have and keep trying to work smarter. I am
61 and have no plans on stopping working out and learning better ways to
keep healthy.

2. The internet is addicting
3. My daily exercise consists of walking to the fridge (If there’s any food
— usually there’s ketchup and a bunch of sauces… yea, like, thx mom) and
back to my dark room.
My people don’t even comprehend the word “Ripped”. We have darkness,
keyboards, and bad eyesight.
I’m #3. He said I’m good but I constantly lose fat weight & gain muscle
weight, so my overall weight stays the same. Getting ‘ripped’ has never
been an issue though. I eat clean & even do juicing or smoothies in the
morning w/ egg whites.
How can I put on 10 lbs of muscle without gaining fat? How drastic do I
increase my calories?
BULLSHIT! if your lifting more than 6 months you cannot Build muscle and
lose fat. in order to build muscle you need to be in a caloric surplus
which will also make you gain a bit of fat hence, increasing weight.
muscle weighs more than fat. unless your on steroids you CANNOT build
muscle and burn fat.
Only newbies can gain muscle and lose weight. for People With average gym
experience this is just a Complete Waste of time. Calorie Surplus for
muscle gain, and caloric deficit to lose fat.

gain fat and someone tells you i will let you gain muscle and burn your fat
at the disame time ..thats means his bullshiting on you brah !

lean bulk while staying lean and gaining muscle, but you can be gaining
muscle and losing fat at the same time. you need to be in a caloric surplus

the same time.
So what if i fall under category 3 but my muscle increase is waaaaaaaay too
slow…
And i’m already skinny as hell and can by definition only LOSE weight to
begin with…
My problem here is I have that friend who has a very similar body
metabolism, we’re almost the same height and we are both skinny as
fuck…so we started of going to the gym and after a year of consistent
workout he turned out ripped while i just gained a little bit of
strength…
And my question is if we did the same, how come he got better results and
what am I doing wrong?

Those razors are really good and definitely worth getting them, I use them
all the time and they are great! Plus the company takes care of you.
