Lol jeez, it’s not that deep of a subject. Working out is just a way to
compliment your lifestyle. Unless you’re a professional athlete, it
shouldn’t be your focus and your priority.
I lift because I love it, I lift to become the best version of myself, I
lift to compete one day, I lift for 1st place, not second not third, I
train to win, I train to inspire and motivate others and ultimately I lift
because I FUCKING love it! Lifting for girls is shallow and stupid, girls
don’t like muscles, yet it’s a bonus. lift with all your heart and might!
I want to be more attractive, have a body that I always wanted from reading
manga’s like Fist of the north star, Toriko, Hunter x hunter etc. Also from
playing games like Tekken and Street fighter I’ve always idolised the
protagonists body types. A symbol of strength too. To get attention from
women. Also to be looked up to as an idol or inspiration.
I did it cuz of a brake up it was bad i tryed getting back with her n stuff
it dint work she basicly told me she was too much for me
N i always talked n said i was gona do all this n i wouldent now i have 3
months working out my results r better n tht same girl txted me she wanted
to kick it n i gnored her i dint talk my body dis all the talking
Actually you shouldn’t skip your life for just working out .. yeah it’s
important but what will you achive with only that.. it’s like the guys
sitting behind a screen for 8-10 hours a day and we call them nerds and
no-lifers if you do that it’s something like that .. yeah you will have
results but you will realise you might have lost some time of your life
I’m 16, turning 17 in 2 months. Yes I do it for the girls. But is that
wrong? It’s not the only reason though. I’ve been overweight ever since I
tasted a mc nugget for the first time in my life. I just shrugged off my
weight saying that puberty will fix this all by itself, and I won’t have to
lift a finger. Now I’ve realized that I’ve spent all my childhood being
looked down upon. And it’s my fault for letting this happen, and my fault
alone. I’ve never taken responsibility for my unhealthy lifestyle. And if I
can’t control this aspect of my life, how am I supposed to take control of

I workout for one thing: Balance, we, as human beings, need the trinity of
strentgh: a strong body, a strong mind, and a strong soul. Without one of
these elements, the others doesn’t matter, without balance, you just fall
under your own weight.
I wanna get stronger haha. And plus I’m a short guy and since I can’t get
any bigger heightwise, I gotta put on size masswise and I’m happy about it.
Plus I love lifting.
QUESTION!!!???!? I have great abs, but I don’t have great valleys in my
abs. In other words, I need help to get defined horizontal lines in my abs.
I need an exercise or something. PLEASE help.
I remember my main reason to workout was because of girls, so they could
like me or be like “look at that sexy guy” lol but yeah…after some time I
realized that it would be stupid to do it for the girls cause not
everything is about the body, and I’ve been thinking a lot and my reason
for working out is having more self confidence, phisically. I want to get
to the point where I feel condifent with myself :)

I am gonna be completely honest. I work out to impress ONE specific girl. I
keep thinking that when I get ripped, I can impress her and maybe ask her
out sometime. So yes, girls, but for me, someone specific.
i started to workout because gym was only place where i could forget my
problems and i loved it, and i really hated my skinny body. everyone always
said how skinny and i hated it more than anything.. i was in really dark
place for all my problems and gym was only place who lifted me up. thanks

i have aways been the skinniest guy… only someone who is or was “That
skinny guy” will understand.
i started to workout because gym was only place where i could forget my
problems and i loved it, and i really hated my skinny body. everyone always
