How I got abs…FINALLY: sixpackshortcuts.com This is a super fast workout to build muscle on your core love handles, and cardio. No equipment needed. You can use this at the end of a workout OR do this workout by itself and do the following: 10 reps Knee to Elbow Planks 20 reps Mountain Climbers 20 reps High Knees – non stop = 1 round. Do 4 rounds if you want to use it at the end of another workout. If you would like to do this for the entire workout, perform 4 rounds nonstop. rest 2 mins. perform 4 rounds again…rest 2 more minutes. perform the last 4 rounds….then past out. I want to GET abs not to burn them
If you have strong abs, but your body fat is slightly too high, then the fat is kind of sitting in front of your abs and hiding them. If you want to lose body fat, do cardio workouts, you’ll lose fat, and your general fitness will increase. Try cycling, swimming, and rowing machines, as they are all low impact and the risk of injury isn’t anywhere near as high as running. Hope it helped 🙂

Just do all of them, it’s better to vary the different exercises you do so that you don’t reach a plateau.

I know you can’t just loose weight in one section of yur body. I just recently had a baby and iv been going to the gym a lot and my arm, legs, back pretty much everything besides my belly has gone way down I can feel my muscles in my abs but my belly fat is not going away. Do you have a video on here that could help my start loosing my belly fat. Please get back to me…thank you!!
