i’ve done this as my goal but i’m not sure if one of the effects of doing this is not eating a lot of foods.. everytime i’m doin this is i’m not hungry.. it takes a while for me to eat something… hehehehe.. or maybe its just a placebo effect… heheheh

I never said anything about shortcuts, i just want to know if doing this more than 5 mins is ok because i really like the exercise, I just want to be sure im not over working myself or wasting time.
i have been doing this for 4 days straight now ! will this definetly reduce the fat that is shrouding my abs?

doing this 5 min a day will do something but is not enough to get ripped combine it with a 15 min of cardio ,this you can do everyday, its not necessary to do everyday
it is hart to give the right advice because there is more to it then just training what is your diet do you eat the right stuff
then it shouldn’t be that hart to get the body you want

I don’t have any fixed diets, I just eat when I’m hungry nd my family is not the type to have dinner together so sometimes I would eat 3 times a day nd sometimes 4 times a day, as long as I’m starving. But I have a fast metabolism
