Your brachialis muscle sits under your bicep and runs to your ulna and radius – it’s worked by normal curls (even with your palms facing forward); your brachioradialis on the other hand IS worked by hammer curls (because of its spiral course over your arm and forearm) – it’s the main muscle on the outside of your forearm.
