    That makes sense, when I was in basic training I gained weight. And we only had k like a minute to eat. So I was eating add much as I can. That’s cool I always wondered why I gained so much weight in basic

    No. I know people who are actually 20-30 pounds less… and they are just under six foot. I am just 5’10 or so. I don’t want to be that thin, but I think about 200 lbs for me would be a healthy weight. there are body index websites that will calculate an approximate average weight. Heh, bulky muscles are not always the best… Better to have all ur muscles strong. Develop core strength. That’s the truth for everyone… Sit ups will help core strength. I’m sure you can google some good ideas.

    Errrm…here’s what I found after searching for less than a minute

    Type “eat slow feel full” into google and there’s pages of research articles explaining how there is a delay between your stomach feeling full and your brain knowing this, so you should eat fast before you lose your appetite!

    So I know that there are a lot of people that are watching this video that are beginners. I am too. I have decided to create a vlog on how to gain muscle.     Interesting theory with absolutely no source to back it up.

    Some people can’t eat fast. Its a matter of physiological differences. To gain weight. You just need to eat more, no matter how fast you eat it.

    no way! your only 14 kid and your only 5ft5!! dont worry about your weight (unless youre really over-weight) untill your fully developed because it will constantly change untill your older
    im only about 70kg and im alot taller than you and alot older, so dont worry about it
