    How many times should I do this a day to get ripped by summer? I’m also
    doing other workouts such as the 7 minute workout app, and some weight
    training. I’m currently 6″3, 16 years old, and 165 pounds. I only have a
    little belly fat but I still can’t see my abs. Ant advice?

    Everyone join me in running this workout routine! its so solid because it
    works out every muscles. i’ll be running this at a caloric deficit for the

    How tall are you Mike? I’m 5,6 and I weight about 180. I want to be fit but
    not to muscular. I’d like to be more tone than anything because since I’m
    short I feel that looking buff would make me look even shorter. What do you
    recommend?

    Why does this guy keep coming up with new HIIT training routines? It’s a
    curious thing because you will never need to use all of them. So ask
    yourself, why does he do it? If cycling between ONE HIIT routine and
    steady slow pace cardio is enough for anybody to burn fat. Why all these
    different routines. I know why, but I’m curious to know if you do!

    I’ve been doing this work out twice a day for the past 5 days and I’ve been
    losing a pound every day. I’ve also been maintaining a healthy diet and
    eating medium-sized portions. I haven’t been eating any junk food and I’ve
    been drinking nothing other than water. Am I doing good?
