Hey guys. I recently started working out. In the beginning , I used to work
all the muscles in a session. Someone suggested that its better If we focus
on 1 or 2 muscles per session. Is that advised and whats the reason behind
this?
About the treadmill, u can still burn calorie after getting off it. For
example, if i ran on it for an 45 minutes at 1 m/s, i would be worn out for
the rest of the day at least. Btw i just skipped to the end
i was actually being a couch potato today and i watched this video till
half way and i couldn’t take it anymore so i got up and did arms at home
and now i’m eating meat so make that shit grow haha
