Mike i go eat before i workout usually a burger or a sub large size but i run everyday after my workout i used to be 54KG with 9.9 body fat and now i’m 66 KG with 7.5 body fat. so i think calories are not a big deal! what do you think?

how many people have you seen that go and order a soup and salad thinking it’s healthier when it is at the same caloric value as grilled chicken with veggies on the side and not far from a stake with veggies.
IT IS a good note on mike’s behaf and a good observation that most people wouldn’t even consider.

Get the vinaigrette dressing on the side and add just a little. Of course bread is fattening! Especially the white junk they serve. Some soups are higher calorie than others… my big problem with them is all the dang salt they put in there… yuck.

it depends what you got in it and what bread you choose. For more healthier try multigrain bread with No dressing.

Extra virgin olive oil with balsamic vinigar mixed put it on salad tastes amazing im italian its somethin huge in our family my personal favourite meal thats healthy is corn beef with salad cucumber red+yellow capsicum cherry tomato with 200g of corn beef silverside and the dressing i named earlier if you’re in doubt try it and then thank me because its something you’ll find youself eating very often and enjoying it and also realising you dont need 2 reach in the cupboard for those bag of chips
