    Concentrate is a form where when pushing milk or whatever protein source through a filter, concentrate method will allow other parts e.t.c to pass through.. not being fully pure or purist protein. Isolates are the purest form and the most expensive type of protein you can buy. It is filtered even more than concentrate by using a cross-flow microfiltration or ion-exchange filtration technique, which is so much better. A good one to by is Optimum Nutrition 100% weigh isolates.
