    The only thing required for workouts, is doing them consistently. Many more people have the time to do workouts at home as opposed to going to a gym.

    The only hard thing to do at home is different types of curls which TheFatKid128 gave the perfect solution for.

    actually you do not need a gym, you can just use your imagination to work out like that buy two plastic bottles of water a liter to be exact, when plastic bottles are empty, then fill them with sand until they weigh that you think will be enough 😉
