Don’t sweat it, its not your fault. Everybody including myself had made these mistakes, the key is to realize it early and avoid them so you can start seeing the results on your body. Mistake #1: DON’T FALL FOR FOODS THAT ARE MARKETED AS HEALTHY. Food companies have caught on to the trend of healthy eating and are trying to market/label their food products as healthy when they really are not. Do not get fooled. Anything out of fast food restaurants are still bad for you. Even if its labeled as “healthy” it still made with processed meats and other processed stuff. Chips, cookies, breads, etc… disr

    Hey guys, now don’t get the wrong end of the stick! I’m not trying to steal subscribers off Mike (Mike you definitely own the best fitness channel on youtube! Thanks for the vids!!). BUT I’m doing a little something to try and get subscribers included and interested. Subscribers of my channel are automatically entered into a draw every 2 weeks where i pick a subscriber at random and after address has been given, i send a large tub of either maximuscle cyclone or progain!     I need to know if I’m doing anything wrong here,

    great gains cereal in the morning or protien shake with soy milk

    sandwich with beef(no mayo) in the afternoon or pasta \rice chicken

    sometimes an extra meal before workout on workout days

    in the night before sleep, tuna alone, soy protein shake or fruits.

    should I change anything?

    @TheProAssGamer if you eat one a day, probably not the worst, if you eat 5, I’d rethink it. Check the nutritional facts, looks at calories, fat, and sugars; well thats what I try to watch. and MAKE SURE there’s plenty of fiber in you’re “fiber bars”

    I think your videos are great, YOU really do know what you are doing and I have learned alot from you myself. I understand what your saying about going to someone who is in shape because if they are in shape they must be doing something right, but I wouldn’t say that applies for everone. Thats like saying if you need to learn about science the only person you should speak to is a skinny guy with thick glasses 😀 I think if someone gives you training advice, research that advice as well.

    While he makes a good point of ‘not everything that is marketed as healthy is not NECESSARILY healthy’, that is a gross generalization. A ton of as-marketed healthy foods are great for you. Several generalizations here-find someone who has made the body-transformation?? again, not necessarily… as a personal trainer, I have helped several clients make the move from large to a more fit body, and i have neverhad to make that transformation myself.
    best advice: find a trainer! love that advice
