great gains cereal in the morning or protien shake with soy milk
sandwich with beef(no mayo) in the afternoon or pasta \rice chicken
sometimes an extra meal before workout on workout days
in the night before sleep, tuna alone, soy protein shake or fruits.

@TheProAssGamer if you eat one a day, probably not the worst, if you eat 5, I’d rethink it. Check the nutritional facts, looks at calories, fat, and sugars; well thats what I try to watch. and MAKE SURE there’s plenty of fiber in you’re “fiber bars”

I think your videos are great, YOU really do know what you are doing and I have learned alot from you myself. I understand what your saying about going to someone who is in shape because if they are in shape they must be doing something right, but I wouldn’t say that applies for everone. Thats like saying if you need to learn about science the only person you should speak to is a skinny guy with thick glasses 😀 I think if someone gives you training advice, research that advice as well.
While he makes a good point of ‘not everything that is marketed as healthy is not NECESSARILY healthy’, that is a gross generalization. A ton of as-marketed healthy foods are great for you. Several generalizations here-find someone who has made the body-transformation?? again, not necessarily… as a personal trainer, I have helped several clients make the move from large to a more fit body, and i have neverhad to make that transformation myself.
