    Other mistake is to use machines wrongly, and having no idea how to lift
    correctly. I’ve seen too many people doing this, and I have to admit, it
    was my biggest mistake too.

    Excellent Feedback Mike. Lol, I used to do all three! I was stuck on the
    same weight for a year! Until, I did my Sports Science degree and PT course
    and finally got my results!
