Mike, you have to have patience to gain weight. Its a small process to gain muscle. So guys, eat as much as you can, but not the whole fucking time, because it only makes you look like a fucking douchebag.

@nightwingjonah i would think only on days you work out, otherwise you’ll just be gaining fat if you’re eating carbs and not lifting
i don’t really have food proper foods lieing around .. can i eat potato chips mike?

@ryan081100 Hi, I’m commenting on your question. The best water for health is cold water poured into hot. NOT the opposite. I usually do 1/3 hot water then add 2/3 cold, always, every time I drink water This aids digestion and is absolutely the best water for the human body. Good luck!

10 lbs in two wks!!! Thats way to fast to put on weight, I bet 9 of it was all fat
