2 things, can you do this work out like everyday for like 30 days and it make a big diff just as if you switched your work out up to just focusing on uper or lower body? and second does it matter if you do this twice or triple the amount of times that you said which was 100 times, or would it still apply the “dont over due anything while working out” ?

Hey Mike! I’m a girl and I want to lose my stomach fat. Just want to lose a couple of kg. Am currently 56kg and want to get down to 47kg (I’m really short so it’s not an unhealthy weight for my height)! I used to be 47kg up until 3 years ago but put on the weight recently. If I do exercises like this video, how often should I be doing this to lose that weight in about 1-2 months? 🙂
