personal training and coaching. I have more credentials and qualifications
than your fake ass. You Mike, are an embarrassment to the health and
fitness community, further more, an embarrassment to yourself. Actually,
you’re a shame to the fitness world is a better way to state it.
Hi guys I just want to ask for some tips. I’m 73-74 KG and 174cm, I’m
trying to lose some weight, 68-69 kg is my goal, I Jog 5 times a week but
not so much result, some tips for me? In about a week I’m going to the gym
for the first time if anyone wanna know. Thanks already!
It’s not easy to put on muscle when you first start lifting, especially
when your nutrition isn’t on point. I’ve seen some of the same guys go to
my gym and they look the same, literally the same. If your nutrition isn’t
on point, you’re out of luck.

I think pros actually know what they’re doing wrong but they don’t give a
