I really like that you dont use stupid heavy weights. I know a few people
who will use weights that just obviously to heavy because they look “manly”
even though they are only doing like 2 on the second set.
i think most of his workouts work in a way.. i didn’t get exactly bigger
for arms but i can chest press 50 lbs dumbbells (2 50 lb dumbbells not 50
total) and do flies with them lol after a couple of his videos
Mike, I have question meaning to ask for a while. My traps simply don’t get
bigger idky they’ve gotten stronger like the rest of my body but I don’t
see any difference physically. My chest got nuggets, my arms, my abs
everything but my traps and it makes my body look incomplete. I added
weight, changed the reps, and they are still not big. Can you give me any
tip or any knowledge of why they get stronger but not necessarily bigger

Shoulder exercises are the hardest if you ask me.
Should I do this as a full on work out for when I hit shoulders or should I
do this after I do my normal shoulder work out routine?
