3 Tricks to Eating Less and GETTING A 6 PACKI used to be FAT… until I found THIS: sixpackshortcuts.com What up guys, in this video I talk about 3 simple tips to trick your stomach in thinking its full so you end up eating less and getting six pack abs! So think of your stomach like a balloon, it inflates and deflates. When your stomach inflates or stretches, it sends a signal to your brain telling its full. On the other hand, when your stomach is deflated, it sends a signal to your brain that your hungry. KEY: YOUR STOMACH CAN’T TELL THE DIFFERENCE IF IT WAS FILLED UP WITH A POUND OF BUTTER OR A POUND OF WATER. So the trick is fill it up with as much low to NO calorie so you always feel full without gain fat. Tip # 1 – Drink 2 glasses of water before every meal – this will ensure that you are halfway full before starting your meal

    It is well known that water suppresses appetite. Also, I am a fitness professional and I don’t look like a super bodybuilder because I don’t want to look like that. I look fit in terms of cardio, and yes I lift weights but I train in frequencies that elicit improved endurance, not hypertrophy, so I don’t look very big. You don’t have to practice what you preach unless you’re you, you just have to have education and certification. Even that doesn’t make you qualified to give nutrition info.

    @sixpackshortcuts Mike, I just want to thank you for your efforts. My brother has been battling obesity for years. ironically, he lost a lot of weight a few years ago due to an untreated illness, and has regained it and more due to lack of motivation, disability, and getting treatment. He’s now at least trying to get in better shape thanks to your videos. And don’t listen to the haters. Your physique helps with the motivation.

    Totally agree. The teacher has to be able to practice what they preach. I was once taught CPR by a lady who was so fat that she couldnt even bend down to give mouth to mouth because her belly was in the way- I had to do it for her (I’d done the course before)

    It’s great Mike continues to look good and actually does the exact number of sets he tells us to and doesn’t just do half a set and tell us to do another 4 by ourselves.
