    4 10lb plates on each side for military press and he struggled to get 5
    reps? I’m not hating but it’s odd, I thought that weight should be a piece
    of cake for Mike.

    anyone who uses the word ‘shortcuts’ or ‘tricks’ in regards to fitness,
    isnt someone i want fitness advice from in my opinion, this guy is such a
    fucking tool and im so sick of seeing his commercials, if i could block his
    channel i would. going to the gym is about dedication, discipline, and hard
    work. the fact that he is encouraging people to think that there are
    shortcuts and tricks to being fit and healthy is pathetic. its a lifestyle,
    not a video game.

    Hey everyone. Can someone please tell me the difference between bulking and
    putting on muscles? I’m not eating a lot and I’m still building muscle. I
    don’t have enough money to buy three big meals a day but somehow my muscles
    are growing (I measure them weekly). Why fill your body with fat when you
    could just slowly gain muscle and remain lean?

    and last set 4 reps lol that’s the mike chang secret tell yourself to do 8
    to 10 then just do 4 to 6

    This is BS. If you think you can get the body you want in 5 minutes you are
    out of your fucking mind. It takes at least 2 hours in the gym everyday and
    hundreds of clean meals to get anywhere near how mike looks.
