160lbs now.. .presuming you are 15% body fat percent.. but you want to be at like 10% body fat to have abs so you’ll need to loose 8lbs (5%) of your weight. so eat around your BMI caloric needs maybe dropping 500 calories a day or 3500 calories over a week, so that is 3500 cal = 1 lb of fat a week.. and… abs in two months. Dont drop too many calories and eat slow carbs and lots of veggies, water, and fibre to clean out your body of toxins and waste.

Alternatively… lift heavy, eat lean, sleep alot. Take 300mg of EGCG (non caffeine green tea) daily. if you cannot seem to get the diet/calories just right for your “gut” toss in just a little bit of supplements to get there faster.

hey dude, im actualy exactly the same as you rite now , im not a trainor or anything pro , im 16 , so my advice can’t be 100% accurate, but try fitting in some fish/meat in ur diet with alot of protein like maybe double the intake of meats/fishes! its kinda working for me at the moment ! best of luck bruh

in my opinion focus on chest, shoulders, and back. your biceps and triceps will get bigger as well but don’t completely forget about working them. lift heavier but safely, and for the belly do crazy amounts of leg lifts and hanging knee raises, as for diet don’t eat junk food or fast food stick to fruits and veggies and healthy meats.
