So if you fall under this category, or would just like to follow along then join us. This workout uses basic beginner level exercises, but the routine will give you advance level results. Here is the workout ⁃ Push ups – 30 secs ⁃ Toe Touches – 30 secs ⁃ Squats – 30 secs ⁃ High Knees – 30 secs This is a great beginners full body workout. I do 50+ feet elevated perfect pushups and im only a freshman

I just did it,and I’m not sweating either so I’m wondering if I should do more too but I’m still outa breath =/ But my hurt with the toe touches not my back
I never worked out before, so i figured this might be a good workout for me to start. But after i was doing it two times have two questions:
1) Even tough i’m out of breath as fuck, i’m not sweating. Should i do more untill i’m sweating, or is out of breath and lying on the floor in pain good enough?
2) When i do the Toe Touches, my back hurts like hell while my belly feels rather normal – am i doing it wrong? From the “look” of it, it seems that i do them the same as i see in the video.
