    Hey mike I just had some questions that may be you can help with, I just
    got a grade 3 ac separation about a week ago and I’m just wondering if my
    workout days are done because of how important shoulders are in almost
    every exercise or if I got a chance to get back to my old routines? If you
    could get back to me that would be greatly appreciated because I can’t find
    any other videos on my situation and I’m needing some encouragement. Thanks

    if you are a guy you might want to watch the soy products if you are
    worried about testosterone levels. soy contains alot of estrogen.

    Awesome info. I’m a vegetarian and am refreshed to see you discuss veggie
    protein sources as compared to meat protein which leads to many
    cardiovascular and heart issues. Not to mention the effect it can have on
    the brain, causing chemical imbalances. Always remember, you are what you
    EAT! Also, good on you for expanding your brand with your own products and
    product endorsements. Smart business move. Monetize every minute!
