I’ve been following your advice on the good things for my body to eat, but doing it slowly. I change 1 habit a week. Last week was to go to whole grain bread instead of plain white and next week is to eat more salads loaded with veggies & maybe some lean meat. I’ve noticed that as I do one habit at a time it is much easier. A couple of weeks ago I cut out soda pop – I thought that that would be so hard, but really not so much. Thanks for your advice – I’m noticing waist changes already!!

Bang on! I completely agree, your body will tell you what it needs. Then eat the healthiest version of whatever you crave. But just the act of eating when you dont need it or are not hungry, snacking, is a bad habit. I find that you can beat addiction/ habit behaviour by doing meditation, particularly based on mindfulness technique, it does work! Maybe a video on meditation? (But no massage lol) One of the things Im researching right now is ADD. Can you make a video about ADD as well please.
also a a side note you might want to be more specific about gaining weight. Do you want to gain muscle mass or fat mass. I dont know if it’s addressed in the video below or not. If not I can give you some tips on it because I’m a bodybuilder and have some experience with this

Just wanted to ask about what kinds of foods can cause acne? What to do to prevent it? I have suffered from acne for ages and tried lots of products and i still can’t see improvement. I eat healthy and i exercise almost everyday. Not sure if this question is relevant to this channel but i decided to ask anyway. Thank you in advance if you will be able to help with advice.
