You’re 8’5? Holy shit, You mean 5’8 though right? haha, no it wont stunt your growth but i’d wait till you’re atleast 16 (thats just my opinion though) before lifting weights, purely because you need to let your tendons and joints become strong enough to lift weight regularly, even if your muscles can lift fine. Start off with some bodyweight exercises for now, these work just aswell as picking up a barbell and no it wont stunt your growth either, only bad nutrition and steroids stunt growth 🙂

these will get your legs tone and def stronger but they won’t build that much muscle, this is more cardio and endurance/strength. but won’t neccesarily get them much bigger. you need to do weights for that
