Ur funny, actually to get in shape without health problemes or unbalanced muscles, u need to train each muscles and his opposite muscle at the same workout, like Chest+back, Biceps + Triceps, Legs + Quads, etc… U know everybody have his own training technic but i prefer to be balanced.

Muscle unbalances are more due to genetics and the strength of one side compared to the other if you are training right, all I can say about mike is he does good workouts for high intensity cardio which includes abs but most of his nutrition advice is bull shit
