    That’s fucking stupid, don’t train back and chest in the same day and then have tri’s abs and bracs in a day – do something like day1- chest, shoulder + tri’s, day 2 legs, day 3- back, trap and bicep, just train bracs with biceps and do abs every other day regardless… don’t listen to any of these bullshit workouts this faggot does

    Ur funny, actually to get in shape without health problemes or unbalanced muscles, u need to train each muscles and his opposite muscle at the same workout, like Chest+back, Biceps + Triceps, Legs + Quads, etc… U know everybody have his own training technic but i prefer to be balanced.

    Fair point, but muscle unbalances may still come with that type of training. Muscle unbalances are more due to genetics and the strength of one side compared to the other if you are training right, all I can say about mike is he does good workouts for high intensity cardio which includes abs but most of his nutrition advice is bull shit
