Does few minutes on sunbed help to produce vitamin d (I know it;s nothing good, just one a month 5-6 minutes)?
or the only way to get some sun is hollidays or supplementation ?

Dear Corrina,Your this Video is really very informative but your doctor’s missed out one information in their Studies that Yes Vit-D is very necessary in our body but If ur B12 LEVEL IS LOW, then it would be very difficult that ur body can absorb Vit-D. So Vit-D can only be absorbed by ur body if your B12 is good other wise no matter how much you take medicine ur VIT-D level will always be on the lower side. So Vit-D n B12 both are interconnected. Also the synergy between vitamin A and D and probably all fat soluable vits esp K. A and D given together reduce toxixity at levels which would be dangerous given alon.
Hello,to share my experience,since i remember i’ve always been depressed on the end of winter,the end of february/march.I knew that this was due to a lack of sun,that i miss the sunlight,never thought about the vitamine d…Thanks for all your very informative videos.I’ve also learned a lot about monosodium glutamate thanks to one of your videos and now i pay more attention to it during my purchases…I wish you the best from life!

the supplementation of pregnant women is happening in an Indian City but it’s to prevent diabetes in the future population, but it’s something else to look at. (Source, BBC Horizon: the nine months that made you) Most of my autistic clients do take vit d, but I believe it’s more related to the drugs they take and the fact they don’t go out in the sun. outside is a scary place for the severely autistic.
You can not compare naturaly occuring vitamin D with a capsule or tablet form. Same is true with omega fatty acids.

True that.. First gand experience right here. Had all the signs the comments talked about and it helped me. One thing I haven’t heard mentioned is gum bleeding, my gums mouth bleed like I was punched in the mouth when I brushed my teeth , 1 1/2 weeks of high D no blood at all.
